Small business owners increasingly depend on their mobile devices to stay in touch with customers, employees and the workplace. A new mobile app from the National Federation of Small Businesses is designed to help connect them to resources to help grow their businesses, get the latest updates on current legislation and government regulations that affect them and get direct access to money-saving products and services.
NFIB, an association of small businesses, launched SmallBiz Today to give users instant access to resources to help a small business grow and prosper.
“NFIB offers valuable news and information for small business owners, but by putting that tool in the palm of your hand, NFIB members and other small business owners can find what they need when they need it and when its most convenient,” said Mark Garzone, NFIB Senior Vice President of Marketing.
NFIB protects the interests of small business on Capitol Hill and in state legislatures around the country. Through the SmallBiz Today app, users can receive legislative alerts and news about upcoming events to make their voices heard.
“One thing we are really excited about is the ability to take the pulse of our members and small business owners through polls and forums that can be accessed on the app,” Garzone said. “By interacting with each other and sharing their thoughts and concerns, small business owners can make their voices heard more loudly and more effectively.”
SmallBiz Today is available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play and can also be downloaded by at nfib.com/newapp.
